Does IQONEX only consult — or do you actually build AI?
Both. We advise on GDPR-compliant architecture and implement it — from Azure OpenAI setup to pseudonymization and staff training. Our own compliance product LiteLog is proof we can run compliance-grade software in production.
What are the real GDPR risks of using ChatGPT at work?
The main risks: no DPA with OpenAI on the standard plan, US data transfer, training use of inputs, and no reliable deletion. We typically solve this through Azure OpenAI in EU regions, combined with pseudonymization and a clear staff guideline.
Is an AI workshop enough, or do we need more?
Depends on the goal. For awareness and concrete use cases, a half-day workshop is enough. For productive rollout (with IT, data protection and training) you typically need 4–8 weeks of consulting plus implementation. We'll tell you honestly in the intro call.
What does the first call cost?
The 30-minute intro call is free and non-binding. We discuss scope and conditions individually — after the call you'll receive a written proposal with a clear scope of work. No guess-timates, no hourly-rate roulette.
Does IQONEX work nationwide or only in Erfurt and Thuringia?
Consulting and workshops nationwide, many remote. On-site in Erfurt, Thuringia, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Bavaria — other states by arrangement.
Who is the data controller when you build AI for us?
You remain the controller under GDPR. IQONEX acts as a processor whenever we touch your data — with a DPA, EU hosting and documented security architecture.
