How long does the start take?
1 to 4 weeks. For more complex websites (multiple domains, many stakeholders) up to 6–8 weeks. We only start the ongoing work once access, goals and reporting cadence are properly in place.
What do I get after the discovery phase?
A 40-page audit report with clear scoring, a list of the fastest improvements (sorted by impact) and a baseline value for your visibility in AI answers. Plus: a 60-minute walkthrough call where we go through the report with your team — not a PDF that gets read once and forgotten.
How are the goals defined?
We agree on one main goal with a concrete value and date, three to four additional goals and a plan for 90, 180 and 365 days. Standard topics: traffic, top rankings, leads, links and your top pages — plus visibility in AI answers as an extra. Everything written down, reviewed together every three months.
What does a typical monthly report look like?
An 8-page report: clear summary (hand-written), overview of all key numbers compared to the previous month and the previous year, wins, plan for the next month plus risks and blockers. The numbers come automatically from your analytics tools, the recommendations we write ourselves. Plus a 60-minute review call.
What happens if a goal is not reached?
We address it directly in the monthly call — not only after six months. If a goal lags for two months, there is a written plan: what we change, why, and when we expect to see the result. SEO and AI visibility are a marathon — but not a black box.
