AI consulting · Workshop

AI workshops that actually move things forward.

A workshop format we've refined with law firms, medical practices and Mittelstand companies — concrete enough that participants leave with an action plan, not just enthusiasm.

Short and honest

  • Half day for management and DPO; full day for mixed teams ready to start.
  • Hands-on means you work on your real use case, not a generic demo.
  • On-site beats remote, but remote is doable for distributed teams.
  • Each participant leaves with a written action plan for the next 90 days.

Who the workshop is for

  • Management and DPO: AI strategy, risks, immediate next steps.
  • Department leads: workflow scoping and use-case prioritization.
  • Knowledge workers: hands-on with their actual day-to-day tasks.

Hands-on with your own use cases

We bring industry- and role-specific examples, but the substantive part of the workshop has participants work on a real task they're actually struggling with — drafting a letter, summarizing a long file, structuring an analysis question. No slide theater.

The workshop runs on a shared Azure OpenAI demo tenant we provide. We set up your own productive accounts after, when you decide to roll out.

What you take home

  1. A written workshop doc covering the use cases discussed.
  2. A 1-page staff guideline ready to share.
  3. A 90-day action plan with prioritized steps.
  4. Recommended tooling and architecture choices for your case.

Booking and location

On-site in Erfurt, Leipzig, Halle, Jena, Dresden, Bayreuth — other locations by arrangement. Remote via Teams or Zoom (with breakout rooms) is possible but typically loses 30% of the effect.

Reach out via the contact form for a written quote — we discuss scope first, then send a binding proposal.

Ready for a call?

30 minutes, free, no strings attached. We listen to your case and tell you honestly whether and how we can help.

Frequently asked

Half day or full day — which fits us?

Half day (3.5 hours) works well for management and data protection to understand AI strategy and risks. Full day (7 hours) suits mixed teams that want to start with their own use cases afterwards. For rollouts to larger workforces we often combine one management half-day with several staff half-days.

On-site or remote?

On-site works noticeably better, especially for the hands-on parts. Remote is possible (we use Teams or Zoom with breakout rooms) but typically loses 30% of the effect. For Erfurt, Thuringia, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Bavaria we're happy to travel — travel cost transparently calculated.

How concrete do the use cases get in the workshop?

Very concrete. We bring industry- and role-specific examples. In the hands-on part participants work on one of their actual cases (e.g. a real business letter, an analysis question of their own) — no slide theater.

Does each participant get access?

During the workshop we use a shared demo tenant on our Azure OpenAI environment. We set up your own productive accounts after the workshop, once you decide to roll out.

What do participants take home?

A written workshop doc covering the use cases, a 1-page staff guideline ready to share, and a written action plan with prioritized steps for the next 90 days.
